                             ORDINANCE NO. 10370
     
             
              AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10341, ENTITLED
              "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING, AUTHORIZING, OR
              ALLOCATING FUNDS TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGET
              FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1995/96",SO AS TO REALLOCATE
              FUNDS AS SET FORTH BELOW; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE
              APPROPRIATION OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM VARIOUS
              SOURCES.

              BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
     CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
              SECTION 1.  That the Capital Budget Ordinance, entitled as 

     set forth in the caption hereof, be and the same is amended as
     provided hereinafter
              SECTION 2. That Section 1 of said Ordinance be amended as
     hereinafter set out:
